The CentrePoint building is Managed and Operated by the REFICO GROUP. The Building Management team is represented by staff with extensive experience in Vietnam and International property management markets. Consisting of a team of engineers and property management consultants we provide the full support to efficiently manage a building of Centre Point’s nature.

The main objective for our on site Management Team is to fully maintain the building with all the necessary standards your company would expect of an International Class Grade A office building. Furthermore we aim to support and assist our customers during negotiations, fit out and when they finally occupy space in the building by being responsive to issues and co-operating to find the best solutions.

REFICO fully manage and administer the Building under a professional system that considers best practice for our tenants, employees and businesses in the area, including a good understanding and professional communication with all our tenants and guests.
